Package Pricing per Person (USD)
Double / Twin Occupancy: $1160 per person | Single Room / Cabin: $1682 | Triple Room: $1102 per person. Children (under 12 sharing with adults) receive a 50% discount. Rates include scheduled accommodation, domestic guiding, and transfers as detailed in the proposal.
Confirm the connection before hotels
The six-day pattern assumes a practicable Cairo–Luxor flight. We check transport and hotel availability together; choosing rail can alter both overnight destinations and usable sightseeing time.
A substantial West Bank day
Tombs involve steps, sloping passages and heat, followed here by Karnak. Tell us if a shorter day is preferable; moving Karnak to another day depends on arrival and departure windows.
Finish in the right city
This route ends in Luxor. Send onward tickets before confirmation. Do not treat a same-day domestic flight as a protected international connection unless your ticketing arrangements actually provide that protection.
The written quotation takes precedence over this suggested programme. Check the final services, guiding arrangements and any optional costs before confirming.
Good to know.
How is package pricing calculated?
Rates start from $1160 per person based on double occupancy. Single room/cabin supplements ($1682) and triple room savings ($1102 per person) apply. Final quotes reflect verified hotel and vessel availability.
Is the Cairo–Luxor flight included?
Only when the written quotation includes the route, baggage allowance and fare conditions. This proposed itinerary reserves a travel day but does not represent a booked flight.
Can we include more time on Luxor’s West Bank?
Yes. Adding a night is the most comfortable way to include additional tombs or a quieter second West Bank morning. We revise transport, hotel nights and tickets together.
Are shopping visits required?
No shopping stop is needed to complete this programme. Tell your planner if you want independent browsing or wish to avoid retail visits altogether.
Where will we be picked up?
Your hotel or an agreed meeting point. Your exact meeting details are agreed before travel.
How is my booking confirmed?
Send an enquiry first. We review availability and provide a written quotation with the itinerary, services, price and booking conditions. Sending the form does not reserve a service.
