Tour Pricing per Person (Private Rates)
Solo Traveler: $56 | 2 Persons: $35 / person (Standard Rate) | 3 to 5 Persons: $29 / person | 6+ Persons: $25 / person. Children under 6 years are complimentary; children 6–11 receive a 50% discount. Rates cover the private vehicle and driver for the confirmed route.
Send the flight and full address
Provide the flight number, date, scheduled time and hotel name with its location. Confirm which airport your flight uses; a generic “Cairo arrival” is not sufficient for an accurate transfer plan.
Luggage and child seats
List large cases, cabin bags, pushchairs and oversized items so a suitable vehicle can be proposed. Request child restraints in advance and accept them only once availability is confirmed.
Delays and departure margins
Ask what waiting allowance and flight monitoring, if any, are included. For departure travel, pickup is planned around airline check-in requirements as well as uncertain traffic, not driving time alone.

What are the rates for different group sizes?
This transfer is private. Rates start at $35 per person for 2 guests. Solo travelers pay $56 for the private vehicle, while parties of 3–5 pay $29 per person, and 6+ guests pay $25 per person.
Is this a return transfer?
The route is quoted one way unless your confirmation explicitly lists both journeys. Send both flight details if you want arrival and departure services.
Will a guide accompany us?
No historical guide is included in a standard airport transfer. Your driver provides the agreed transport; a guided visit or specialist assistance needs a separate arrangement.
What should I do if baggage is delayed?
Contact the local number in your confirmation as soon as possible. Waiting and any additional charges follow the allowance and terms agreed for your booking.

The airport terminal or hotel stated in your transfer confirmation. Your exact meeting details are agreed before travel.
How is my booking confirmed?
